I’m known for combining creative ambition with data and commercial discipline, building brands that perform in the short term and compound over time. This comes from a belief that growth is a system, where brand, acquisition and retention work together to make each other more effective.

Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer at Temple & Webster, I led the brand through a period of significant growth while elevating the capability and maturity of the marketing function.

Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles across global travel brands, a tech scale-up and leading Australian media and entertainment businesses, building and scaling marketing functions across multiple markets.
